Types of white-collar crimes

Traditionally, the white-collar crime or different types of fraud cases are cases that are non-violent, cases that are prosecuted in federal and state court, that involve things such as bank fraud or mail fraud, if it’s in federal court; or mortgage fraud, credit card abuse, using someone’s identity, which could be prosecuted in either federal or state court, cases where you kind of use — as it’s said, you use the pen instead of the gun to profit from your crime.
