When temporary injunctions become permanent
A temporary injunction can become a permanent injunction, and that happens at the end of the divorce when you have an Agreed Final Degree of Divorce or a judge that renders a verdict. The judge will then decide how serious the violent — any violence issues are or other issues and may make some of those permanent. But most of the time you do not have injunctions that carry on after the end of the divorce, after the decree.
